*The view from the above seats may be partially restricted. The level of restriction may vary depending on the location of your seat or personal viewing standards.
*Ticket cancellations, changes, or refunds will NOT be offered on the day of the concert for view and sound restriction reasons; the event organizers and ticker retailers will not be held responsible for any such issues.

※ To prepare for the ticket sales of the view restricted seats, the reservation will be closed from 5 PM to 7:59 PM on Wednesday, April 23.. Please be advised accordingly.

※ From July 11, 2024, you can only reserve the ticket with your verified account to prevent unauthorized use by a third party.
- Please make sure that you verify your identity before the reservation of the concert ticket.

[Identity Verification]
- The identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers.
- If you have Face Pass, you can enter the venue quickly through facial recognition at the gate without any identity verification.
- If you do not have Face Pass, you can claim the entry wristband in the IN-PASS booth for the Designated seat ticket holders after identity verification and ticket check. "
