※ Ticket purchasers are considered to have fully reviewed and agreed to all contents of this notice and the regulations set by the ticketing platform and the event organizer. Please note that the content may be added to or changed depending on circumstances, so be sure to recheck the event guidelines before attending the concert to avoid any inconvenience.

 

※ To provide more people with an opportunity to attend the performance, ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per person. Tickets can only be picked up on-site; advance ticket issuance and postal delivery are not available.

 

※ Please note that the seats in the choir section (2nd floor, Block E, Grade C) do not have armrests between them when making a reservation.

 

■ Ticket Reservation Information
▶ Ticket Open : September 27, 2024 (Fri) at 2PM
- On-site ticket of the concert day sales will be available only for any remaining seats after the ticket reservation period ends.
- Tickets can be reserved online via the official ticketing platforms (Arts Center Incheon/Interpark) or through the customer service center via phone. Due to high call volumes, it may be difficult to connect. (On-site reservations are not available.)
- Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available on the day of the concert.

 

■ Ticket Pickup Information
- Tickets can be picked up at the box office from 2 hours before the concert day.

 

- To collect the reserved tickets, you must present your Reservation Confirmation (with the reservation name/reservation number), your personal ID, and the last four digits of your phone number. Without the reservation confirmation and personal ID, it may be difficult to pick up your tickets, so be sure to bring them with you.

 

- If the ticket holder is different from the person who reserved the tickets, tickets can be picked up by providing the Reservation Confirmation, the ID of the ticket purchaser, and the last four digits of the purchaser’s phone number.

 

※ A copy of the ID is acceptable, but it must show the purchaser's photo, name, and date of birth (e.g., Resident Registration Card, Passport, Driver’s License).

 

■ Performance Attendance Guidelines
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided if you are unable to enter or are delayed due to personal issues such as traffic or parking. Please arrive early to pick up your tickets at the box office.
- Late entry may be restricted after the performance has started, so please enter the auditorium well before the performance begins.
- Photography, video recording, and audio recording without prior agreement are strictly prohibited during the performance.

 

■ Illegal Ticketing Notice
- If suspected illegal ticketing or fraudulent transactions are detected, the ticket purchaser will be required to submit proof. If not submitted within a specified period, the reservation will be canceled.
- The event organizer, ticketing platform, and concer thall are not responsible for any issues arising from illegal ticket sales or failure to follow the outlined rules.
The audience should take extra caution to avoid falling victim to illegal ticket transactions.
- To prevent unauthorized use of reserved tickets, do not upload screenshots or images of your reservation number or details online. We kindly request your active cooperation in establishing a healthy ticketing culture.
