- Starting 24 hours before the performance, you can access and log in to the Interpark Global Page (web). Click the 'Mobile Ticket' button within My Page to display your QR code for entry.
- You can also check your mobile ticket via the confirmation email sent upon successful booking. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when booking.
- Your completed mobile ticket can be found in My Page and your booking history.

- Uploading screenshots or downloaded tickets to social media, or sharing them with others for entry, may result in disadvantages, including denied entry or non-refundable tickets. The concert organizer/promoter and ticketing agency bear no responsibility for any issues arising from this.

- If your booking is canceled, the mobile ticket service will not be available.

2. Bottles, cans, glass, gas sprays, fireworks, chemicals, flammable or hazardous materials
3. Sharp objects including tools, pipes, sticks, baseball bats, bamboo swords, toy guns, etc.
4. All wheeled transportation devices such as bicycles, kickboards, skateboards, and electric mobility devices
5. Laser pointers, LED decorations, and excessive cheering items that may disrupt the performance
6. Professional photography, video, and audio recording equipment not for personal use (e.g., ladders, tripods, large lighting, telephoto lenses)
7. Large personal belongings or valuable items at risk of loss (e.g., large backpacks, suitcases)
