- This performance is all-standing.
- The number you select at the time of booking determines your entrance order, with lower numbers given priority for entry.
- Each person can purchase up to two tickets.
- Tickets may sell out early, in which case no on-site sales will be conducted. On-site sales will be availabel on the day of the show base on remaning tickets.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded on the day of the event. Changes, cancellations, and refunds can only be handled through the official ticketing platform and will adhere to their policies.
- The organizer, co-organizer, and ticketing platform bear no responsibility for any damages or issues arising from tickets purchased outside the official platform.
〈Ticket Collection Information〉
- Tickets reserved as global tickets can only be collected on-site.
- When collecting tickets on-site, the purchaser must present their ID and reservation details.
- Once collected, tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
- Even if you have your ID and reservation confirmation, no reissue of tickets is possible, so please take special care to keep your tickets safe.

- The ticket booth opens two hours before the performance starts.
- Only ticket holders are allowed entry (one ticket per person).
- Entry begins 30 minutes before the performance start time, and entry times may change depending on on-site conditions.
- You must wait in order of your reservation number untul 10 minutes before entry starts. Once entry begins, the reservation (entry) numbers are invalidated, and entry is allowed following the guidance of staff once all waiting attendees have enterted.
- Ticket booth operation hours and entry times may change depending on on-site conditions.
〈Venue Rules〉
- Unauthorized professional recording or photography is strictly prohibited.
- All outside food, beverages (except for 500ml plastic bottled water), fireworks, sharp objects, professional recording devices, glass bottles, cans, lasers, flammable materials, and any other items deemed dangerous are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may disrupt other guests. Guests causing disturbance may be subject to staff intervention.
- There are coin-operated lockers at the venue, but they are limited in number. We recommend bringing minimal belongings. (Locker fee: 1,000 KRW, only 500 KRW coins are accepted)
- No parking facilities are available for guests, so please use public transportation.
