- Qualify for Pre-sale KIM SUNG KYU’s Concert (Solo Concert, Fan Meeting) (Subject to change due to consultations with organizer)

- Authority to level-up for Kim Sung Kyu’s V App channel and open for limited contents for Sung Kyu's Special City’ 1st Citizen (when you join, user information for Vlive App is required)

※ If an illegal transaction using the fan club benefit is detected with the ID when its presale period, the ticket may be forcibly canceled and the fan club membership may also be disqualified.

[Notes for application]
1. Please make sure to sign up with Interpark account. If not, there could be restrictions on fan club’s benefits.
2. You may not be able to participate in fan club’s event, if your registered name is not yours.
3. When you put your information, please use your legal name. Membership cards will be printed with registered information on the Interpark ticket site. (Additional information will not be applied)
4. Among existing Interpark Ticket members, if you have changed your name, please make sure to ask Interpark to change to changed name.
5. For the overseas purchasers, your name must be entered as written on a valid passport. (You much correct the spacing of your name in English)
- For the level-up on KIM SUNG KYU’s V app channel, 1 membership # is valid for 1 V number only. To receive the benefits, you must put the correct number of V app.
- Hot to Check # on V Live App: login on V App > Click ‘more’ on the right at the bottom > Click ‘Login Information’ > Check the # of V App to copy and use
- You must put V App # all in capital letters, please put number zero and letter O carefully. Please note that if you put the wrong information, you will not be able to receive the benefits.
- Please complete the additional information before the deadline for recruitment of the fan club. Additional information modification is only available within the recruitment period.
6. Fan club benefits will not be provided if you leave Interpark before the end of the 1st citizen of Sung Kyu's Special City’ period.
- Interpark account that used to join KIM SUNG KYU’s official fan club cannot be re-register after withdrawing from the website Interpark, and fan club benefits will not be granted with the new account.
- The membership card and KIT for 1st citizen of “Sung Kyu's Special City will be created and sent after the recruitment, please make sure your Interpark ID, account information and address for delivery is correct.
- The delivery schedule for the membership card and KIT is to be announced on official SNS.
- You can receive your benefits with the printed purchase details until you receive the membership card.
7. You will be responsible for incorrect delivery or omission of the fan club KIT due to the wrong information or carelessness. The membership KIT and card will not be reissued for any reason.
- If you lose your membership card, you can be checked it through the purchase details (printed), but this may also be disadvantageous if it is not proven or lost, so please be careful to keep it.
8. The 1st Citizen Membership card and KIT for ‘Sung Kyu's Special City’ are benefits only provided to fan club members, so they cannot be transferred or sold to others. If the above is detected, both the transferor and the transferee will be disqualified from the fan club.
9. The personal information you entered at the time of signing up will be used to issue membership cards and manage membership.
10. Cancellation, transfer, or refund due to a simple change of mind is not available after joining the official fan club of KIM SUNG KYU. Please think carefully before signing up.
11. For inquiries about joining the official fan club ‘Sung Kyu's Special City’ 1st Citizen membership, please contact the Interpark Customer Center (1544-1555) and the Interpark 1:1 inquiry board.
