[Fanmeeting Information]

 

-Date : Aug 25th, 2018 (SAT) 3PM, 6:30PM

 

-Venue : Yonsei University Centennial Hall

 

-Ticket Price : 1F 48,000KRW 2F 38,000KRW

 

[Cautions on Admission and Performance]

 

-The ONE ticket per person rule will be strictly applied. Be sure to take care of your ticket.

 

-You'll not be able to attend the fanmeeting if you don't have your ticket regardless of the reason.

 

-If you arrive after the start of the performace, you may be refused admission. Please enter at least thirty minutes.

 

-Any type of video, photos or voice recording are prohibited during the fanmeeting.

 

If you're caught, the recorded contents will be deleted and you'll be asked to leave the venue. If you're forced to leave the venue, you'll not be able to re-enter, change, cancel or refund your ticket.

 

-Any hazardous substances such as bottle, firecrackers, food except water is strictly prohibited.

 

-Please refrain from acts that disturb other people during the fanmeeting. Any guest found to be causing disturbance will be asked to follow the guidance of our staff.

 

[About Ticketing]

 

-Fanmeeting Tickets are available for purchase starting from 8pm.

 

Pre-ticketing is limited to 1 ticket per person.

 

General ticketing is limited to 1 ticket per person also.

 

If you do not purchase a ticket during the pre-ticketing period, you may purchase 2 tickets during the general ticketing period.

 

-All seats are available by reservation only.

 

-You're unable to move and change seats other than reserved seats. Please proceed to check your seat before ticketing.

 

-This fanmeeting is exclusive to Interpark Ticket sales and does not sell tickets for other rules.

 

-It’s illegal for individuals or groups other than Interpark Ticket agreed by the Saram Entertainment to sell, transfer, or exchange the tickets. We shall not be liable for any accidents or disadvantages that occur due to individual ticket transactions.

 

-If you’re ticketing with other ID rather than yourself, we can’t help considering ‘transferring’ it. If you have a ticket ot the ID of your family member, you’ll be able to participate in the Fanmeeting when you bring all the public documents together.

 

*Public Documents that we accept : Family identification certificates, Actual Identity cards of the family member and participant.

 

-Tickets already delivered are ineligible for re-ticketing or re-admission in the event of loss or damage, so be sure to take care of your ticket.

 

[About ticket delivery and receiving ticket on-site]

 

-Tickets are non-refundable and non-refundable on the day of fanmeeting.

 

-If you want to receive the ticket on the day of fanmeeting, you must carry your identification cards.

 

-There will be no on-site sale of tickets if the tickets are sold out online.

 

[About traffic and parking]

 

-Traffic congestion is expected around the day, so please use public transportation as much as possible.

 

-Please keep in mind that it’s not possible to change, cancel or refund your ticket due to traffic delays or parking difficulties.
