［Booking Guide］
- Ticket purchase is available for up to 4 tickets per purchaser.
- The audience is divided with first floor as standing and second floor-seated.
- Standing position is given based on ticket purchase order.
- Damage caused by the illegal trade is the sole responsible of the trading partners, and the ticket agency is not responsible for these exchanges.

［Ticket Shipping］
- For faster entry into the concert and no waiting in the “Will Call” line, purchase early ticket shipping.
- Tickets shipment will occur Tues, August 18th for those who are booking shipped tickets. No shipment is available after this date.
- Please note that delivery is impossible to resend lost tickets.
［Ticket receipt / Field Sales］
- The ticket booth will open 3 hours before the show.
- Please be sure to bring your ID card and ticket receipt for a reservation number.
- Cancellations of tickets and refunds are not available on show day.
- On the show day, all remaining tickets will be sold at the ticket counter.
［Entrance Process］
* For bulk shipping purchasers
Arrival hall -〉 stand in entry line to enter when your number is called.
* Will Call Tickets purchasers
Arrival hall〉 Go to the reservation windows and show identification to the ticket booth staff as well as your ticket receipt, they will give you your tickets -〉 stand in entry line to enter when your number is called.
* Standing
- Entry line will begin forming 90 minutes before doors open.
- Admission to show hall begins for all R Area tickets 30 minutes before the show starts.
-If you miss the call for show entry 30 minutes before show, you lose the standing position on your ticket.
Reserved Seats (2F)
Entry begins 30 minutes before show through separate ＂Seating/2F＂ doorway.
［Note］
- Please cooperate with event staff in the theater.
-Outside drinks and food is prohibited, except for bottled water.
- AX Korea has about 200 coin lockers (500 * 2) it is. Please note that when bringing valuables.
- No professional video cameras are allowed.
- Please refrain from negative behaviors that interfere with other viewers.
