This temporary palace was used as a temporary residence when King Jeongjo relocated his father's grave to "Hyunryungwon." It is the largest temporary palace in Korea where various events and festivals are held today. The breezy square bustles with children flying kites and people on an outing. On summer nights, you can enjoy the subtle night view and have conversations under the moonlight during the night opening. The area is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and trendy coffee shops, attracting tourists.
