How to Get Home After the Concert
🚇 Subway
Dongguk Univ. Station can get crowded right after the concert. Since Yaksu Station (Line 3) is only a 7-minute walk away, so it can be a good alternative. Depending on your destination, at least one transfer may be required, so it's best to check the last train schedule in advance using a subway app. On weekdays, for example, if you're heading to Seoul Station, you’ll need to board the last train by 12:48 a.m. to transfer at Chungmuro.
🚌 Bus
To get to Gangnam Station, you can take Bus 144 or catch Bus 420 near Exit 2—both routes will get you there in about 30 minutes. If you're heading home after 11:30 p.m. and traveling toward Gangnam, Samseong, or Jamsil, it's better to take the late-night bus N13 from right in front of Jangchung Gymnasium. For destinations near Myeongdong or Seoul Station, subway is the better choice.
🚖 Taxi
Due to heavy traffic and large crowds right after the show, it's recommended to book a taxi in advance using a taxi app. Instead of trying to catch a cab directly in front of Jangchung Gymnasium, it’s better to cross the street toward Exit 2 or walk to nearby Yaksu Station for a smoother pickup.
