Iconic red brick building on Daehak-ro
This art museum is known for its stylish exterior. Designed by architect Kim Soo-geun and designated as a Seoul Future Heritage Site, the museum offers a variety of special exhibition programs. The archive on the 2nd floor is also worth a visit, where you can view videos related to ongoing exhibitions and various art research materials. The museum is located in Marronnier Park, another popular spot on Daehak-ro, so it is recommended to take a stroll after the exhibition while taking in the scenery of the park.
