No Admission for Late Arrivals
Please be aware that entry to the performance venue will be restricted once the performance begins. Make sure to arrive well ahead of time as your reservation may not be canceled or changed if you are unable to arrive on time due to traffic or parking issues.

 

Audience Age Restriction
- Before purchasing tickets, please make sure that all members of your party are six (6) years of age or older (born no later than December 31, 2018).
- Children below age six will not be seated, even if they hold a purchased ticket and are accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Please be prepared to produce an ID card or other document clearly stating the birth date of your child. If you are unable to produce proof of age, you may not cancel or refund your ticket on-site.

 

Collecting Your Ticket
Ticket Booth
- Please arrive at the ticket booth no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance to collect your ticket(s).
- Please present proof of purchase (a ticket purchase receipt) or your personal ID.

 

Enjoying the Performance
- The performance hall will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Please make sure to be seated no later than 10 minutes before the performance begins.
- After the performance begins, entry into the venue will be restricted and you may not cancel or refund your ticket on-site.
- If you leave the venue during the performance, you will not be permitted to re-enter the venue and you may not cancel or refund your ticket on-site.
- Photography, filming, and sound recording during the performance without prior authorization by the organizer are strictly prohibited. Photography, filming, and sound recording during curtain call are permitted.
- Food and drink may not be brought into or consumed within the performance venue, except for water in a resealable container.
- Roads and traffic nearby the venue are congested at all times. Please note that reservations may not be canceled or changed if you are unable to arrive on time due to traffic or parking issues.
