▷ The pre-sale is for for (G)I-DLE Official Fan Club NEVERLAND 2nd Gen only.
▷ Please complete to verify yourself as a member of the fan club before the pre-sale starts. If you missed the verification, you cannot purchase the pre-sale ticket.
▷ Only the seats remaining after the pre-sale are available for general sale, and if tickets are all sold out during the pre-sale period, there will be no seats available for general sale.
▷ You can purchase only 1 ticket per show per fan club member, up to 2 tickets per show per person(including pre-sale ticket)
▷ For those who purchased the tickets, an Online ticket and the U CUBE badge will be given as a gift.

[How to verify and precautions]
* The pre-sale ticket is only available on the Korean page if you get verified on the Korean page, and only on the Global page if you get verified on the Global page.
1) Press the ‘Fan Club Member Confirmation’ button on the ticket purchase page on Global INTERPARK (www.globalinterpark.com).
2) You can verify yourself with your name / your fan club membership number written by you when joining (G)I-DLE Official Fan Club NEVERLAND 2nd Gen.
- Please enter the same information registered when joining (G)I-DLE Official Fan Club NEVERLAND 2nd Gen.
3) Precautions for your verification
- You can verify yourself as a member of the fan club only one time with one INTERPARK ID.
- Please verify with your INTERPARK ID of the fan club membership name. If the name of INTERPARK ID and the name of the fan club membership name are different, your reservation may be canceled.
- You can purchase the pre-sale ticket with the INTERPARK ID that has been verified.
- Please make sure to check your personal information registered in Global INTERPARK before the verification.
- Once you completed verifying yourself as the fan club member with the INTERPARK ID, you don’t have to verify yourself again when you log in again.
- Please note that the verified fan club member information cannot be modified/canceled or reused.
- Please note that if you withdraw Global INTERPARK membership after verification, you cannot re-verify with the fan club member information.
- The sponsoring company / the host and the ticket outlet shall not take full responsibility for other people who get verification by membership information disclosure and with exposed membership information due to your carelessness. Please be careful about managing your membership information.
- You can purchase the pre-sale ticket only when you get verified within the verification period. Or not, you have to purchase the general tickets after the pre-sale period ends. Also, please note that you shall take full responsibility for damage from your verification or ticketing and the sponsoring company, the host and the ticket outlet shall not take any responsibility for it.

[How to check your membership number and modify your fan club information]
- To modify the information written when joining the fan club, please contact the fan club email address(neverland@cubeent.co.kr). It will be modified after identification. (e.g. Change of your name, etc.).

- How to check your membership number when losing a membership card

 Attached Files : A copy of your identification card to be able to identify yourself(ID card, Youth ID card, Medical insurance card, Passport, etc.)
* A copy of your ID can be confirmed with a scanned copy or photo, and only files with a resolution that can be identified are acceptable.
* The attached files will be used only for checking your membership number and deleted immediately after replying to your inquiry.
* It is difficult to answer your calls for checking your membership number because of your identification process. Please contact us by email.

※ On the day of the concert, the identity confirmation will proceed with comparing the ticket and your ID card.
- Please bring your valid ID card on the day of the concert. You can enter only when the information on your valid ID and ticket matches.
- Those who are not actual purchasers are not allowed to enter the venue and watch the concert and we cannot cancel/refund tickets, so please purchase the ticket with your INTERPARK ID and bring your valid ID card on-site.
- Identity confirmation will start 4 hours before the concert starts. It may take a longer time for admission, so please arrive at the venue in advance so that there is no delay in your admission. If you arrive late and enter the venue late because of the admission process, the tickets will not be refunded or canceled under any circumstances.
