1. Viewing Class : Over age of 8 (Born before 2009)
Children in grade 1~3 must have proof of age. (Ex. Birth certificate, Passport, etc).
Children under age of 8 are prohibited. You cannot refund/exchange ticket due to such an incident on the day of show.
(Elders, pregnant person, or children may be exposed to explicit contents or loud sound effects)
2. Translator will be set up to left and right side of the stage by LED panel. In addition, more will be installed in OP section
"Translators in OP section may differ depending on the set up of the stage"
"You may have difficulites looking at the translator depending on your seat."
3. You may pick up your tickets 90 minutes prior to the show time.
4. If you do not have proof of your discount (ex. Welfare card, Certificate of a man of merit, Student ID, etc), you will be subjected to pay the full price. You cannot refund/exchange ticket due to such an incident on the day of show.
5. After the allowed cancellation time, no cancellation / refund / exchange of tickets are allowed.
6. Reissuance of ticket for lost or damaged ticket is not possible. Please keep your tickets safely.
7. Once the show have begun, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
- You'll be directed to late audience seats. You'll be able to go back to your seat during intermission.
- Please understand that late entrance may disrupt other audiences from immersing in show. Your first step out the door to the show is the beginning of your journey to an amazing day of your life. Please arrive in advance to fully enjoy the show.
8. Taking a photo, recording any kind of sound or video is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED, unless consulted in advance.
9. Casting may be subjected to change depending on actors or production company's situation.
The agency is not responsible for any illegally traded/purchased tickets, or other tickets that are purchased through individuals. We ask for your active and voluntary cooperation.
You will be responsible for any disadvantages of misunderstanding or not
being aware the notice.

Coming from Haeundae
Line 2 (Green Line) go between exit 4 and exit 6 (Between Lotte Department Store Centum City and Trump World) -> Make a left turn to go between KNN Station and Dongseo University -> Right turn on Main gate of Sohyang Theater -> Enter the parking lot located between Sohyang Theater and Dio Implant
Coming from Sooyoung
Sooyoung intersection -> Straight towards Haeundae -> Cross Sooyong Bridge -> Left turn towards Seoul, Guseo IC at Centum City Intersection -> Straight on Sooyoung Gangbyun-daero -> Right turn on Second traffic light -> Left turn to enter the parking lot located between Sohyang Theater and Dio Implant

1. Operating Hour : 90 minutes prior to show ~ 30 minutes after show
2. Parking Fee : 2,000 KRW for audiences
