Grand Mint Festival 2025 - Priority Entry Ticket

[Reservation Information]
- Priority Entry Ticket is an add-on option available only to those who have booked tickets for Grand Mint Festival 2025 through NOL Ticket.
- Bank transfer is not available as a payment method.
- Entry will be processed in order of the entry number selected at the time of reservation.
- Each person may purchase one Priority Entry Ticket per day only. Multiple Priority Entry Tickets for different stages on the same day cannot be purchased.
- If you wish to cancel your main festival ticket, you must cancel your Priority Entry Ticket first.
- The Priority Entry Ticket is managed at a separate ticket booth on site. If you hold multiple main tickets (e.g., 2 tickets for the same day), you cannot enter together with your party. Please purchase only one main ticket per day when buying a Priority Entry Ticket. Cancellations, exchanges, or refunds on the day of the event due to purchaser error are not permitted.
- Once completed, changes to date, ticket type, or purchaser name are not allowed. If you need to make a change, you must cancel and rebook.
- Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee in accordance with the ticketing platform’s policy. Please review the platform’s cancellation fee policy.
- All ticket reservations, cancellations, and refunds can only be processed through the official ticketing site.
- Unauthorized transfers and private resale of tickets are strictly prohibited. Any tickets found to be illegally traded or scalped will be immediately voided, and both the seller and buyer may face legal consequences, including removal from the venue and civil/criminal charges for business obstruction.
[Ticket Resale & Transfer Prohibited]
- Only the original purchaser may pick up the ticket. Transfers are strictly prohibited. Please ensure that the ticket is booked under the name of the person who will attend.
- Tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing platform. Unauthorized resale, proxy purchase, transfer, or any other irregular transactions may be considered illegal scalping. The organizer, promoter, and partners hold no responsibility for any issues arising from such transactions.
- The original purchaser may not gift, transfer, or resell Priority Entry Tickets or wristbands to others. Any violation will result in your ticket and wristband being voided
- Ticket transfers — including the sharing or reuse of wristbands — as well as any personal transactions are strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed from the venue and subject to legal action.
[Ticket Issuance]
- All tickets are issued in paper format only and must be picked up on site.
- A dedicated Priority Entry Ticket Booth will be available, where mobile ticket verification, wristband distribution, and issuance of Priority Entry paper tickets will be conducted.
- The paper ticket is required for priority entry, while the wristband serves as the general admission pass.
- Strict identity verification will be conducted at the ticket booth. You must bring :
* your mobile ticket (no screenshots or copies allowed) and
* A valid original ID — Valid passport, alien registration card (no photos or copies allowed).
- Proxy pickup is only allowed for immediate family members. You must bring:
* The original ID of the ticket purchaser
* The original ID of the recipient
* Reservation details
* A document proving family relationship (e.g. family certificate, insurance card, resident registration, etc.)
- Screenshots or photocopies of reservation details will not be accepted. Verification must be done via the official ticketing platform app.
- Photocopies or photos of IDs will not be accepted. The ID photo must allow for clear identification of the holder.
- If either the reservation details or valid photo ID is missing, ticket pickup will not be possible. No exceptions will be made, and no cancellations/exchanges/refunds will be granted.
- Lost, damaged, or stolen Priority Entry paper tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, and cancellations/exchanges/refunds will not be granted.
[Entry Information]
- Entry is processed strictly in the order of the entry numbers selected at reservation.
- The Priority Entry Ticket grants earlier access by entry number at each stage opening time. However, it does not guarantee seating or a specific spot inside the stage area.
- Queuing for entry will begin 30 minutes before stage doors open. For smooth entry, please queue at least 10 minutes before the doors open.
- If arriving after the entry start time, admission will be at the end of the line, so please plan accordingly.
- ID verification will be strictly carried out again at the gate. Purchaser’s original ID must be presented. (For family account bookings, both the purchaser’s and attendee’s original IDs are required.)
- Entry will be guided by staff, and cutting in line or bypassing others is strictly prohibited.
- After entry, you may watch from any area—standing, picnic, or seated—regardless of zone.
- Mobile ticket verification and wristband exchange will be available starting from 10:40 AM at the ticket booth. Please allow sufficient time for wristband exchange, as queues may cause delays.
