- Friday shows → until Friday 7:00 PM (KST)
- Saturday shows → until Saturday 6:00 PM (KST)
- Sunday shows → until Sunday 5:00 PM (KST)
Tickets purchased after the cancellation deadline for each show cannot be canceled or refunded on the day of the performance.
Please keep this in mind and make your purchase carefully.
* According to the terms on the notice of this concert, ticket reservations will be canceled for cases where abnormal or fraudulent methods(e.g., using a macro program, etc.) have been detected in the ticket purchasing process.
* Please prepare to present your mobile ticket beforehand. It may not be worked due to data traffic at the venue.

[Entry Information]
- The identity of every guest will be verified on-site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers. You must receive and wear your wristband after verifying your identity for entry.
- You can verify your identity via Face Pass or at the IN-PASS booth on-site.
- Admissions for each ticket category and area begin at different times. Please check the admission time for the ticket you reserved.
[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved 10 AM, Thursday, October 2, 2025 (KST)
only by phone through the NOL ticket customer service center (1544-1555 / operating hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM). Please make sure to take note of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event at the on-site wheelchair reservation ticket booth in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. You and your accompanying guest will both be denied entry if you fail to present the above-mentioned certificate and ID card.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket. (*Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted)
