※ This product is general admission (non reserved seating). You will find your seat information on the ticket upon collection. You will not be able to check seat assignments before receiving the ticket, and inquiries before that cannot be accommodated.

※ Tickets can be collected at the venue on the day of the performance. Personal identification will be checked upon collection—please review the [Identification Guidelines] carefully.
※ Seat information will be available on the ticket at the time of collection. You cannot check seating prior to receiving the ticket, and inquiries will not be able to provide this information.

【Identification Guidelines】
- On the day of the performance, identity verification will take place when collecting tickets at the venue.
- Entry may be denied if identification cannot be verified. Refunds will not be provided in such cases—please take note.
- Recordings or photographs may be made during the identity check for documentation purposes. We appreciate your prior understanding.
- On the day of the performance, please bring both of the following for identity verification:

 

① One ID (with photo of your face)
- Passport
- One of the following Japanese-issued photo IDs with your English name:
o Student ID with photo
o Basic Resident Registration Card with photo
o My Number Card with photo
o Driver’s license
o Photo credit card
o Residence card(certificate of alien registration)
Only the above 7 types of ID are accepted.
Expired or photocopied IDs are not valid—please bring the original.

 

② Booking confirmation
- Email sent upon booking confirmation, or printed screen from Nol Ticket “My Page” showing booking details.
If you do not bring a printed copy, ticket collection will not be possible.
Tickets cannot be collected by anyone other than the actual ticket holder. Proxy collection is not allowed

 

 

<Notice Regarding the Concert>
•Prohibited Items Inside the Venue
On the day of the concert, baggage checks will be carried out at the venue entrance for safety. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Electronic devices (camera, binoculars with recording functions, recorders, video equipment) and hazardous items are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Since there is no luggage storage inside the venue, please leave large items such as suitcases in nearby coin lockers and bring minimal belongings.
If prohibited items are found, please comply with staff instructions. The prohibited item removal process will follow venue staff guidance.

 

•Ticket Resale / Transfer Prohibited
Please refrain from purchasing tickets for resale.
If tickets are found to be sold or purchased via unofficial channels, including SNS, both purchaser and reseller will be denied entry.
Ticket resale or transfer is prohibited, even if no money is exchanged (e.g., giving to friends or family).
If any violation is detected, entry will be denied and no refunds will be issued.
Proxy purchases, resales, or direct trades—regardless of reason—will not be the responsibility of the organizer, promoter, or official vendor.
Please refrain from buying or selling unauthorized tickets to ensure a smooth event experience.

 

•Photography / Recording / Live Streaming Prohibited
To protect artist rights, any form of photography, audio/video recording, or live streaming inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
This includes smartphones, cameras, recording binoculars, recorders, video gear, etc.
Due to a rise in unauthorized recording, if a smartphone or binoculars is seen during the performance, staff may ask you to comply.
Please set your smartphone to silent mode and keep it stored in your bag.
If recording or photography is detected, you will be asked to delete the data and may be removed immediately from the venue.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Also, disruptions to staff operations may be legally recorded on-site. Your understanding is appreciated.

 

•Unauthorized Merchandise
Unauthorized sales or distribution of goods using BAEKHYUN’s image or name is strictly forbidden within or around the venue and in public spaces.
Serious violations may result in legal action.
Producing or selling unauthorized goods, as well as purchasing them, may be considered supporting illegal activity.
To ensure a comfortable viewing experience for all, please refrain from purchasing unauthorized merchandise.

 

•General Notes
• Seating inquiries will not be addressed.
• Refunds, complaints, seat changes are not supported.
• Performance dates, opening times, start times, and artist lineup may change suddenly—no refunds are possible in such cases.
• Transportation and lodging costs are the attendee’s responsibility.
• Entry is not allowed without a valid ticket on the day—even if lost. Ticket reissue is not possible—please take caution.
• Cameras may be installed in the venue for recording. Your image may be captured in photos/videos—thank you for your understanding.
• Gifts such as flowers or food for the artist are not accepted.
• Depending on seat location, sound levels may be high—please bring earplugs as needed.
• Preschool children must attend with a guardian.
Disruptive or dangerous behavior may lead to suspension of the performance.
