• You can cancel your order directly through My Page > Reservation/Cancellation.
• The concert and shuttle are linked and cannot be cancelled individually.
• Cancellation fees
No cancellation fee if canceled up to 31 days before the performance date.
30% cancellation fee if canceled 30 to 21 days before the performance date.
50% cancellation fee if canceled 20 to 16 days before the performance date.
70% cancellation fee if canceled 15 to 8 days before the performance date.
90% cancellation fee if canceled 7 to 4 days before the performance date.
100% cancellation fee if canceled on the day of the performance or 3days before, with no refund available.
