- Please carefully read the instructions on this page and proceed with your reservation.
- By completing the reservation of the ticket, it is considered that you agree to the instructions on this page.
- This performance is rated for ages 19 and above. After completing the adult verification process, reservations can be made, and on the day of the performance, there will be an adult verification process for all attendees and those who made the reservation.
- If an attendee is under 19 years old, entry on the same day and refunds cannot be processed.
- Information regarding entry and usage will be provided to ＂ticket reservation completed individuals.＂ (Bulk text messages will be sent after 10/06, 5:00 PM)
- This event/performance allows entry only for attendees with an ＂entry band＂ and without designated seating.
- For this product, the ＂entry band＂ will be provided at the ＂on-site ticket booth＂ after confirming reservation information on the day of the event/performance. (On-site pickup)
- The ticket booth for this event/performance will only operate until ＂1 hour before the end of the event/performance.＂

［ Cancellation/Refund ］

- Cancellation and refund for this product are only available until ＂10/06(Fri), 17:00 PM.＂ (From the reservation/sale date to the day before the event/performance start date until 17:00 PM)
- Payments made through bank transfer will be automatically canceled if not paid until the bank transfer reservation/payment deadline. (Until 23:59 PM on the day after the reservation)
- Used ＂entry bands (tickets)＂ cannot be canceled or refunded, and partial cancellation/refund for unused portions is not possible.
- Unused tickets due to natural disasters or event cancellation by the organizer can be ＂100% canceled/refunded.＂
- Cancellation and refund inquiries can only be made through the purchasing/payment channel.

- Information regarding entry and usage will be provided by ＂Yanolja＂ after reservation. (Bulk text messages will be sent after 10/06(Fri), 17:00 PM)
- For issues related to non-receipt of messages and message re-sending, contact Yanolja at 1599-8370 (Inquiries available from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM).
- Inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, and refunds other than text messages can only be made through the respective channels where the booking/payment was made.
