※ By making a ticket reservation you are agreeing to the terms above; these terms are subject to additions and/or change depending on event circumstances. Please check the information carefully before attending the event to ensure that you are not adversely affected.

[Identity verification information]
- The identity of every guest will be verified on site to prevent ticket scalping and illegal transfers by our staff. Personal verification will be conducted at a separate area at 11 AM on the day of the concert. Please arrive early and complete your identity verification to ensure a seamless admission process.
- For early reservation, the CARAT Membership user, the person that made the Interpark reservation and the actual guest (please bring a form of ID) must all be the same person; if not, your entry may be restricted.
- You will be denied entry if you made the reservation for the ticket with another person’s identification even if you present the identification and all the necessary documents. Make sure you make your reservation under your own name. (Transferring or reselling the ticket to a family member is prohibited.)
- There are many suspected cases of forged or falsified identification and other documents for verification. You may be asked to undergo additional identity verification if your identification is suspected of forgery or falsification; we ask for your cooperation.
- If one person purchased two tickets, two persons must go through the identity verification together. The person who has made the reservation must present a valid forms of ID, and must accompany the company at the verification booth to go through the verification process together. The company cannot go through the verification process without the person who made the ticket reservation.

[Notice for Wheelchair Seats]
- If you would like to book a wheelchair seat, please make your inquiry to the Interpark Customer service center (1544-1555) after booking your ticket to receive further information. However, when entering the venue, you must present your ID (physical copy) and disability registration certificate (or welfare card). If you fail to show any of the above, your admission will be rejected. (Receiving it by a proxy or transfers are not permitted.)
- The company must purchase a ticket to be granted admission. If your company hasn't purchased a ticket, admission is not granted. Please book a ticket in advance.

※ The ticket and wrist band cannot be reissued regardless of them being lost, damaged, or stolen and entry will be denied if you fail to present a ticket and wrist band, regardless of the reason.
