ENTRANCE GUIDLINE
1. How to pick-up your tickets
The ticket booth will operate 1 hour and half prior to the start of the concert, until 15 minutes after the concert begins.
Tickets can only be claimed by the actual purchaser. When picking up reserved tickets at the venue, please make sure to
provide the actual purchaser’s ID(hard copy) and reservation voucher. Your ID must correspond with the INTERPARK Ticket
reservation voucher to pick-up the tickets.
2. Proof of quarantine pass (vaccination completion, PCR or Rapid Antigen Test negative confirmation is required for all visitors.
→ Vaccination certificate (those who have passed 14 days after the completion of the second vaccination and have not reached 180 days) or a negative PCR(48hours) or a negative Rapid Antigen Test(24hours) result will be checked before entry.
※ Audiences with exceptions to the quarantine pass will also need the above proofs depending on their vaccination status. Those who are not vaccinated under the age of 18, those who have not been vaccinated for unavoidable reasons, and those who have not been vaccinated, please be tested negative through PCR or Rapid Antigen Test. If you have been confirmed COVID-19, please bring confirmation of release from quarantine. (Valid period are six months after release of quarantine.)
3. COVID-19 Certificate check and Medical Checklist for all visitors.
- Due to the entering a multi-use facility, proving COVID-19 certificate and submitting medical checklist must be done before
entering the venue.
- The link to the mobile medical checklist will be sent to the ticket holder or scan the QR code at the venue. When you receive a text message that you submitted medical checklist, please show your COVID-19 certificate and medical checklist to the staff at the venue.
4. COVID-19 Prevention Rules
- There will be mandatory to check body temperature before entering the venue. If you find any suspicious symptoms such as
body temperature are above 37.5 degrees including fever, cough or sore throat cannot be enter the venue.
- Make sure to wear a mask outside and inside the venue.
- Any non-mask and violation of safety regulations may result in a discharge. Visitors to the venue are advised to wear masks
with consideration for each other until the end of the show.
- If you have traveled abroad within the last 14 days or who has met with a COVID 19 confirmed patient or close contact within the last 14 days will not be able to enter the concert venue.
- Please use the hand sanitizers and wash your hands before and after the show.
- Please aware that there is no screaming or shouting during the show. Please give applause during the show.

- Due to the COVID-19 quarantine measures, it may take a long time to prepare for admission, so please arrive at the venue in advance to prepare for admission. Please not that the show cannot be refunded or canceled under any circumstances for delayed admission due to confirmation of the admission procedure due to delayed arrival. (Ticket booth will be open one hour and half before the start of the show.)
