[How to pick up ticket at Venue]
- Please present your booking details (IZ*ONE 'COLOR*IZ' SHOW-CON) and identification card when picking up your ticket.
- Please check if the personal information in your booking details and your identification card match ahead of time.

* What is an “identification card for verification”?
•It could be a certificate of resident registration, Student ID, Passport, Driver’s license with portrait photo.
In case there’s no birth date, please bring additional document such as birth certificate or medical insurance card. (Yet, elementary school student shall only pass with birth certificate or medical insurance card.)
•Booking details can be verified via printout or mobile page.

 - Ticket Pick Up upon verification process will be done from 4 to 8:30 pm on the show day only. If you do not pick up your ticket on time or your verification process fails, you will not be admitted inside the venue.
