Megalopolis is an abstract and immense city location containing a highly evolved urban structure and all the elements of the contemporary social paradigm including disorder, personal anonymity and surveillance systems. Choreographer, Constanza Macras, maintains the truths of social promise and criticism while visualizing some of the dramatic vocabulary in unique ways. Through dance, music, language and video, a sharp review of the human elements in cities is undertaken and a meticulous and concrete expression of the observation process is revealed.

Seoul Performing Arts Festival 2011

Every year, SPAF attracts large public audiences and media attention by introducing major international and domestic contemporary performances covering theatre, dance and multidisciplinary arts.
