Noah’s Country
Jeram X Noah
2025. 9. 6 ~ 9.7
Box Theater, Seoul Art Space Mullae

Introduction
Noah, a teenager with an immigrant background, was born and raised in South Korea. He dreams of living and writing there, using Korean—the language he speaks most fluently—to pursue his passion. However, due to his "birth status," he is not allowed to be a writer in the country.
Noah reveals his story and his "birth status" in a play he wrote with those who stand by his side. The play and a conversation will serve as an opportunity to imagine the country where Noah can live freely.

Jeram x Noah
Jeram highlights the lives of immigrants living in Korean society through various artistic forms, including publications, exhibitions, and performances. Depending on the characteristics of each story, Jeram continuously seeks to expand communication possibilities by presenting multilingual works in Arabic, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Burmese, Dutch, Korean Sign Language, and other languages.

Noah shares his aspirations for a country where he can live alongside his fellow citizens. He does this by telling his own story of growing up as an immigrant child, teenager, and young adult in Korean society.
