Please note that cancellations, changes, or refunds will NOT be permitted on the day of the concert due to any issues related to restricted view or sound from these seats. The event organizer and ticketing platform are not responsible for any inconvenience caused.

※ Before making a reservation, please verify your interpark Global member information (e.g., date of birth, contact details) to ensure there are no inaccuracies. Admission will only be granted if the reservation information and the attendee’s identification (ID) match perfectly. Any discrepancies may result in denied entry.
[Ticket pickup information]
- Tickets purchased on the Global page can only be collected on-site.
- The box office will operate from 6 hours before the show until 30 minutes after it begins. Subject to change depend- ing on on-site conditions.
- Please make sure in advance that the ID you bring matches the information on the NOL ticket reservation form. You are solely responsible if you fail to bring a valid, designated ID.
- If ticket is not collected during the ticket booth’s operating hours, or if the person collecting the tickets is not the original purchaser, proxy collection and entry will not be permitted.
[Notice for Reserving Wheelchair-accessible Seats]
- Tickets for wheelchair-accessible seating areas can be reserved 9 AM, Tuesday, July 8, 2025 (KST) via the ticket vendor’s customer service center. [interpark Global Customer Center (help.global@nol-universe.com)]. Please make sure to take note of this date, as it differs from the general reservation schedule.
- The registration certificate for persons with disabilities (or welfare card) and a physical ID card must be presented on the day of the event at the on-site CS booth in order to receive your ticket and entry wristband. You and your accompanying guest will both be denied entry if you fail to present the above-mentioned certificate and ID card.
- Wheelchair-accessible seat tickets can only be collected on-site by the person who reserved the ticket. (* Receiving them by proxy or transfers is not permitted)
