Experience a themed museum showcasing the iron culture and historical artifacts of Goguryeo
A space where life and artifacts from the Goguryeo period are exhibited. In the outdoor exhibition hall, you can visit the 'Forge', where you can get a glimpse of the Iron Age culture, the 'Gomul Village.', which was a village meeting place with various murals, and the 'Damdeokchae', where you can meet the Ondol (Korean underfloor heating) culture. In addition, it is also famous as a filming location for historical dramas such as "The Legend" and "The Kingdom of the Winds".
On the 1st floor of the indoor exhibition, you can see tiles excavated from Achasan Mountain, and there are various experience zones such as building a fortress, solving puzzles, and scratching tiles, making it a great place to visit with children. On the 2nd floor, visitors can learn about the excavation process of the fortress, and see iron artifacts such as axes, earthenware and bowls, and other artifacts.
