Ocean observation decks and a gazebo to add to the fun of trekking
A trekking trail overlooking the sea that takes you on dirt paths surrounded by pine forests. It starts from Dalmajigogae Pass. Moontan is a newly coined word to mean "moonlit," inspired by the word Suntan. The 2.5-kilometer-long course is divided into five sections, including the Kkotjam-gil and Gaon-gil, and is dotted with tourist attractions and observation decks, including Haewoljeong Pavilion. There are no set hours of operation, but the lights are turned off after 11 PM, so avoid visiting late at night.
