Experience an Olle Temple Stay at a serene temple
In 1960, an ailing scholar prayed for a hundred days to be cured, and after drinking medicinal water in a dream, he was healed and built a temple near the spring, which he named Yakcheonsa Temple. Daejeokgwangjeon (the Hall of Ultimate Silence and Light), the largest Dharma hall in the East, was completed and became popular in 1996. Currently, the temple offers experiential temple stays, where you can walk the Olle path, meditate, practice yoga, and perform 108 bows, and relaxation temple stays, where you can reflect on your life and relax.
