This cultural space was created in 2016 as a 45-year-old wire factory was renovated to serve a new purpose. Today, it is a popular spot for art and culture. It consists of various spaces including F1963 Square, where performances and seminars are held, the Bamboo Sori Trail, a home to densely planted bamboo, the Kitchen Garden, where various rare plants and vegetables are grown, and the Moonlight Garden, a newly created garden in the backyard, as well as coffee shops, restaurants, and galleries where you can spend a relaxing time.
