Cancellation / Usage Policy

  1. Age Restriction: All products are available for purchase only by individuals aged 14 and above. Purchases made by those under 14 are prohibited. By proceeding with payment, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions and confirms they are 14 years old or older. Refunds will not be granted on the grounds that a purchase was made by someone under 14 without parental consent.
  2. Reservation Confirmation: Once payment for a product is completed on Triple, the reservation is received. The reservation status changes to "Reservation Confirmed" when the Provider(Partner) agrees to the reservation. Reservations may be canceled due to circumstances of the Provider(Partner), in which case the payment will be canceled and refunded.
  3. Confirmation Voucher: Once the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation voucher will be sent to the customer's email. This voucher will include information about the product Provider(Partner).
  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be requested within the specified period for the reserved (purchased) product. Cancellations will not be accepted if requested after the specified period. Depending on the product's cancellation policy, cancellation fees may apply, and some products may not be eligible for cancellation after purchase.
  5. Cancellation Timing: Cancellation requests should be made during business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Korea Standard Time) on weekdays in Korea. Requests made outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays(in Korea) will be treated as received on the next business day and processed in order.
  6. Refunds: Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment method. Credit or debit card refunds are expected to take about 5-7 business days, but this may vary by card issuer. For detailed information, please contact your card issuer.   7. Modification Requests: Requests for changes to the reservation date, options, or other reservation details must be submitted to Triple Customer Service at least 7 days before the usage date. However, changes may not be possible depending on the nature of the reserved product, the timing of the request, and the Provider’s(Partner's) regulations.
  8. Product Information: The product information provided on Triple’s product detail page is supplied by the product providers for reference. If the Provider(Partner) provides a different product, it is solely the responsibility of the Provider(Partner). As a sales(reservation) intermediary, Triple does not bear responsibility for this.
  9. Disclaimer: As an sales(reservation) intermediary for the products provided by the Provider(Partner), Triple is not liable for any product changes/cancellations or accidents that occur during the use of the reserved product due to reasons beyond Triple’s control, such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, heavy snow, landslides, supplier strikes, airline issues, civil unrest, wars, etc.
