A 740.2-meter mountain in Bukhansan National Park. There are several hiking trails, including Sapaesan Mountain and the Five Peaks Course, which are popular among both beginners and experts. The bending ridgeline of the five peaks lined up next to each other is breathtaking, and there are long-established temples and valleys along the way, making it an excellent place to take in the surrounding scenery while climbing the mountain. It is best known for being the birthplace of mountaineer Um Hong-gil, who lived there for 37 years, and it is also a popular spot for autumn leaves in Seoul.
