It is a complex cultural and art-sharing space established by the Korean company Kolon Group. It hosts exhibitions of various genres such as paintings, media art, and installation art, and provides a one-of-a-kind experience by providing docent explanations that enhance viewing immersion, as well as unique viewing approaches such as works found only on the 2nd floor. The staircase-like exterior that rises from the ground is particularly striking, and it is also popular as a place to relax.
