Enjoy a beautiful nighttime scene illuminated by lights
The temple was completed in 1999 and houses the Sitting Stone Statue of the Healing Buddha, which was added to the Jeju Cultural Heritage List in 2011. In addition to Daeungjeon Hall, which houses the Statue of Buddha Sakyamuni, there is Cheonbuljeon Hall, where Buddhists make wishes, and Jonggak Hall, which houses the temple bell, allowing you to explore the temple at your leisure and touch the wish stones in the courtyard. The temple also hosts the 'Jeju Light Floor Festival,' which features colorful lanterns and lights that illuminate every nook and cranny of the temple at night, but it is currently suspended.
