Jongno Tower
종로 타워
Distinctive skyscraper that looks like a flying saucer
A 33-story skyscraper completed in the 1990s. It stands out due to its unusual exterior, which resembles three pillars supporting a flying saucer. Prominent Seoul stations like 'Gwanghwamun Station' and 'Jongno 3-ga Station' are in close proximity and a direct walkway from 'Jonggak Station' leads to the structure.
There are a variety of restaurants including Western, Japanese, and Chinese food, as well as a Starbucks Reserve Store, the largest store in Seoul, where you can enjoy a leisurely tea break after your meal. There is also Jongno Seojeok (bookstore) on the 2nd basement floor, which has a cozy interior and a wide selection of books of various genres, making it a great place to buy books and enjoy reading.
