Seoul Lantern Festival

A festival held on the Cheonggyecheon Stream. Every November, the Cheonggyecheon Stream is illuminated with soft lanterns to create a romantic atmosphere. You can see giant sculptures made of Hanji, a traditional Korean paper, and each year, the lanterns are organized around a specific theme, such as Seoul tourist attractions or Korean history.
