The mountain, which spans Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, is home to several geological features, including Insubong Peak and Samobawi Rock. Beautiful canyons and tranquil temples await exploration among the massive granite peaks. The mountain also houses the Bukhansanseong Fortress, where visitors can get up close to historical and cultural relics as well as natural ecosystems. There are 13 different hiking trails to choose from, allowing both beginners and experts to find their preferred route.
