The Japan Foundation, Seoul

This cultural exchange center was established in 2002 when friendly relations between Korea and Japan began to develop. It offers courses on Japanese language education and culture and runs a "cultural information room" where you can read Japanese books in a tatami room. The center also hosts Japanese movie screenings and exhibitions around the country to promote cultural exchange with Korea, so you can visit here if your schedule allows.
