Haebangchon

This neighborhood was settled by Korean War refugees and displaced people. Nowadays, it's a popular date night spot for couples, with many unique restaurants and rooftop cafes offering views of N Seoul Tower. It's also a great place to browse the independent bookstores and knickknacks shops dotted along the streets or take a leisurely stroll through the alleyways reminiscent of old Seoul.
