Incheon International Airport Terminal 2

Terminal 2 is home to SkyTeam airlines such as Korean Air, Delta Air Lines, Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, China Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, and Aeroflot. When construction is completed in 2023, all SkyTeam airlines will be relocated to Terminal 2.

Airport Information Centers are located throughout the 1st and 3rd floors of the airport. Visitors can ask questions about airport information and get customer support.

Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, you can purchase a SIM card or rent a WiFi router from one of the three major mobile service providers, which are all in one location. Simply head to the Arrival Hall on the 1st floor, and you'll find them right away.

Money exchange booths are available throughout the airport, but it is recommended to only exchange the amount needed as the exchange rate may be less favorable than those offered in the city.

At Incheon International Airport, you can store your baggage at Hanjin Express. Coin lockers are not available.

To receive a tax refund, you must submit your purchase receipt and VAT refund documents. You can get your refund by going to the counter or using the kiosk, which is both available 24 hours a day at all locations.

Free WiFi is available throughout the airport. To connect, simply search for "AirportWiFi" in the network settings.

You can start your trip without luggage if you use the same-day baggage delivery service. Your luggage can be transported from the airport to the accommodation and back again. The cost varies according to the size of the luggage and the distance traveled.

Terminals 1 and 2 of Incheon International Airport are located separately, but you can travel between them by shuttle bus or airport railroad.
