Busan Station is the terminus of the Gyeongbu Line, which connects Seoul and Busan. It serves as a central hub for transportation in Busan, offering access to trains, buses, subways, and taxis. The station, with its three floors, is well-equipped with facilities for travelers.

Busan Station has a total of 9 exits. Except for Exit 9, all other exits are centrally located, so it doesn't matter which exit you use. Exits 1 through 8 lead to Busan Station Plaza, while Exit 9 directs you towards Busan Port.
Transportation guide
① Subway
Busan railway station and subway station are connected by underground road. Get off the train and take the escalator to the 1st basement floor. Follow the "Urban Rail Transit Busan Station" sign, you can pass through the underground shopping mall and arrive at Busan Station on Line 1.
② Bus
There is a bus stop when you come out toward the Busan Station square. The bus stops in the square are in the direction of Haeundae and Gwangalli, while the stops across the square are in the direction of Yeongdo Island, Songdo Island, and Nampo-dong. Exits 4 and 5 are especially closer to the bus stop.
③ Taxi
Exit 5 is the closest to the taxi stand. Taxis are lined up at the platform, so you can board in sequence.
④ Car rental
Samsung, Lotte, and YouCar car rental centers are located at Exit 6, and SK and Hi Rental Cars are located at Exit 1, so you can choose the company you want. There are also Socars parked in the nearby parking lot.
