Marvelous pavilion overlooking Buam-dong
This pavilion was once used as a villa for Heungseon Daewongun at the foot of Inwangsan Mountain. You can observe the traditional Hanok-style lattice and Chinese-influenced architecture of the late Joseon Dynasty, as well as sit on the floor and relax while admiring the scenery in Buam-dong. In autumn, it is a perfect place to stroll along the old pine trees and colorful maple trees, and you can also stop by the Seokpajeong Museum to see the works of painter Lee Jung-seob and photographs of Seokpajeong's four seasons.
