Legend has it that the seven celestial maidens bathed at this waterfall. The waterfall is divided into three tiers: upper, middle, and lower, with the 22-m-long first waterfall on the upper tier forming the second and third falls. The warm temperate forest surrounding the waterfall is home to rare plants, which have been designated as Natural Monument No. 378 of Korea to protect them.
