Ep.14 Happy Pabbit
1️⃣ Pungcheon Eel💥
The first place the members headed to in the 14th episode of Rachalog was a famous 'Pungcheon Eel' restaurant. The Skiz members are already well-known eel enthusiasts. This time too, they were completely captivated by the savory grilled eel that filled the air with its aroma. Shall we properly recover from fatigue with eel, which has no waste, with the meat grilled, bones fried, and head made into soup? 🧳 Local Tips ✅ Eels caught where river water and seawater meet are called 'Pungcheon Eels'. ✅ There's a myth that the tail, a strong part, is better for health! ✅ It's delicious to make a wrap with lettuce, perilla leaves, and ginger, like Felix does.
Ep.14 Happy Pabbit
2️⃣ Enzyme Sauna 🔥
This is where the SKZ members were buried like cute sweet potatoes! Changbin and Felix are even known as 'sauna lovers'! The Enzyme Sauna is all about getting buried in enzyme-containing microbes. It is known to help with fatigue recovery, improved skin health, and reducing internal inflammation. Enjoy the Enzyme Sauna—it’s both adorable and great for your health! ☺️ 🧳 Local Tips ✅ Korea has great jjimjilbang, sauna, and spa culture. ✅ Koreans like to keep their bodies warm regardless of the season. ✅ Raising your body temperature helps boost blood circulation and immunity!
Ep.13 Hoppang Mandu
3️⃣ Mushroom Chicken Soup♨️
After an exciting off-road ATV ride, it's important to recharge! The SKZ members visited a famous restaurant serving Baeksuk (Korean chicken stew), Korea’s iconic summer health food. It's not just ordinary Baeksuk; it's Neungi Baeksuk, packed with precious Neungi mushrooms. The tender chicken and rich broth will instantly restore your energy! 🥰 🧳 Local Tips ✅ Baeksuk and Samgyetang are cooked similarly, but Samgyetang uses more ingredients like ginseng, glutinous rice, jujubes, and chestnuts. ✅ Neungi mushrooms, which only grow in the wild, are a very precious health food ingredient. Their strong aroma deepens the flavor of the dish even with a small amount. ✅ It also pairs well with seasoned acorn jelly salad, just like the members enjoyed.
Ep.9 Cute Dumplings
4️⃣ Find your personal color 🖍️
Personal Color analysis has been popular in Korea for quite a while, becoming an essential part of the K-Beauty and K-Wellness trends recommended to travelers. The SKZ members also got their colors analyzed. Aren't you curious which member you share a color tone with? Find your unique shade with the rich expertise of K-Beauty! 🧳 Local Tips ✅ The diagnosis takes an average of 1-2 hours. Please make a reservation in advance. ✅ A more accurate diagnosis is possible with no makeup! ✅ Get advice on makeup products and shopping that suit you.
Ep.01 BokSeungAh
5️⃣ Gopchangjeongol and Suyuk
Gopchang Jeongol is a dish the SKZ members often eat at their favorite spot just behind the JYP building! It’s a hearty stew made by simmering beef intestine, cabbage, mushrooms, and other vegetables in a rich beef bone broth. If you’ve been hesitant to try gopchang, try it here with the savory, umami-rich broth—it makes it much easier to enjoy. They say it’s so good, you’ll sweat out your cold while eating it! 🧳 Local Tips ✅ Be aware that it can be slightly spicy! ✅ Be sure to save some broth and add Udon noodles at the end. ✅ The SKZ members also ate Dogani Suyuk, which is said to be helpful for knee muscles
