Popular restaurants that frequently show up on TV
Naeho Naengmyeon
Featured on TV shows such as "Delicious Guys," "Baek Jong-won's Top 3 Chef King," and "Battle Trip," as well as the cartoon "Sikgaek." It is where wheat noodles were first made in Busan and has a more than 100-year history. Just sipping the broth from the kettle before the food arrives makes you realize how wonderful this restaurant is. Wheat noodles made with Korean beef broth are not irritating, but they are extremely addictive.

Experience special Buchimgae
1959 Marathon-jip
It has been cherished for over 60 years. Its signature dish is the "Marathon," a seafood pancake stuffed with oysters and mussels and fried with eggs. The taste is unique, but it is impressive that the menu's name references people's lives from the past. "Marathon" was said in reference to the marathoner Sohn Kee-chung, who was a symbol of speed at the time. 'Reconstruction' is a stir-fried seafood and vegetable dish that got its name from the Saemaul Undong movement in the 1960s.

Enjoy a savory, hearty meal
Daetti Mulkkong
It's a restaurant with over 30 years of history, but the exterior and interior are clean and inviting. It is a huge advantage to be able to eat steamed seafood, which provides a generous amount for a low price. The signature dish here is "Agui-jjim," steamed monkfish with lots of water parsley, and bean sprouts. Agui-jjim pairs well with Dongdongju (rice wine with grains), which is also brewed in-store.

Feel the charm of the special sauces
Pyeongsanok
It's a Suyuk (boiled pork) restaurant with over a century of tradition. There are only three types of noodles: Suyuk, basic, and young radish noodles. Unlike other boiled pork slices, it is thin, has no porky odor, and has a light flavor. Suyuk should be dipped in Pyeongsanok's special sauce made from soybean paste. Meet the permanent fixture of Jungang-dong
Jungang Momil
Many regulars return because the taste has remained consistent since 1956. Buckwheat noodles, udon, cone sushi, and seaweed sushi are all simple, but the flavors are not. Noodles have long been kneaded and extracted on the premises, as has broth. Maemil-guksu, which is eaten by dipping buckwheat noodles in a savory broth, is a delicacy. Cone and seaweed sushi pair well with buckwheat noodles.
