If you plan to take a taxi, limousine, or rental car, exit at Gate 5. There are different bus stops at different gates depending on your destination, so we recommend you to check the bus stop in advance.

Head to the Information Center for help if needed. Here you can buy discount tickets for Jeju's tourist attractions and restaurants, as well as tickets for the double-decker city bus that takes you around the city. You can also pick up a Jeju tourism brochure next to the information center.

Jeju International Airport has a baggage storage facility where you can store your luggage. You'll need an ID to drop off and pick up your belongings. Rates vary depending on size and storage time.

Jeju International Airport has a hospital where you can get simple first aid. There's also a pharmacy on the third floor where you can purchase emergency medication if needed.

Jeju International Airport has a variety of car rental agencies, including AJ Rent a Car, Lotte Rent a Car, and Jeju Rent a Car. If you haven't booked a rental car in advance, head to the car rental counter on the first floor of the airport.

If you made a reservation with a rental car company in advance, head to Gate 5. There is a shuttle bus stop to the rental car house.

There are coffee shops and restaurants throughout the airport. From large franchises like Lotteria, Angel-in-us, and Paris Baguette to restaurants serving traditional Jeju cuisine. On the 4th floor of the domestic zone, there is a food court, along with Chinese and Korean restaurants, among others. Additionally, there are numerous dining options scattered around the airport, with downtown not far away.

You can check in at the check-in counters on the third floor of the domestic zone. Find the counter of your airline, show your ID, and they will print you a boarding pass. If you don't have your ID, you won't be able to board a domestic flight. Accepted forms of ID include a resident registration card, driver's license, or passport. Note that a copy of your resident register is not accepted because it doesn’t have a photo.

You can self-check-in through the airline website, smartphone app, or at an airport kiosk. With self-check-in, you only need to drop off your checked bags at the check-in counter. If you don't have any checked bags, you can go straight to the boarding area.

The lounges at Jeju International Airport are accessible before you enter the boarding area. If you plan to visit the lounge, arrive at the airport with an extra hour before your flight.

At the entrance to the boarding area, you'll need to show your ID and boarding pass to the security guard to verify your identity.

Foreign residents in Korea with a foreign registration card can utilize the "Smart Entry Service" (automated immigration clearance system) by registering their biometric information (palm vein or fingerprint) in advance. This allows for a smoother boarding process through dedicated gates. Biometrics can be registered at the Biometric Enrollment Booth on the third floor of the domestic zone or at the self-pre-registration machines. ID verification is required for initial registration.

Once you've checked in, you'll need to go through security screening before proceeding to your gate. Place all your belongings, including your outerwear, at the checkpoint and go through the metal detector. After a brief pat-down by the airport staff, you're done with security. If you're traveling on a domestic flight, there's no departure screening.

Last chance to purchase duty-free goods before you leave Jeju. After security screening, head down to the second floor to find the duty-free shop. Travelers to Jeju can make up to six duty-free purchases per year, regardless of nationality and age.

Food courts, fast food, franchise restaurants, and other dining options are located on the second level past the security screening. The check-in process can take up a lot of your time, so take your time and enjoy your meal afterward.
